Inside Sales Customer Service (non-call centre) – Surrey
Our manufacturing client in Surrey is looking to hire and enthusiastic Inside Sales Customer Service Person.
Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in Surrey:
-direct and answer calls quickly, professionally, and courteously (on the phone about 30% of the time)
-become knowledgeable in various departments in order to be an expert Inside Sales Customer Service Representative
-cross-sell company products and services based on customer needs within company standards
-take inbound unqualified prospect calls and turn them into sales
-share product and services features, give price quotations, and prepare sales forms/reports
-enter customer data into the system
-record, enter, and print any orders received
-communicate to various departments delivery requirements for orders and coordinate specific arrangments for deliveries
-problem solve issues using teamwork with other departments
-initiate new systems or protocols to help improve day-to-day activity/efficiency
-maintain knowledge, ethics, and practices when dealing with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and stakeholders
-adhere to company safety policies
-take on other tasks or responsibilities as assigned
-new office facility; incredibly clean and spacious

-$50000 to $60000
-6% profit sharing bonus

-proficient in MS Office
-strong verbal communication customer service skills
-detail-oriented and exceptional organisational skills
-personally accountable; self-starter
-experience with SAP within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
