ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (KINDERSLEY – Saskatchewan)

As a result of a recent promotion, the Kindersley Housing Authority is currently hiring for a friendly, ambitious, and professional Administrative Assistant to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week).
What you’ll do:
-provide reception support by being the first point of contact for the office
-use effective and efficient administrative skills to assist with the daily operations of the housing authority
-maintain a high degree of attention to detail while entering data
-use knowledge of office systems and procedures to work both independently, and as part of the team
-provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

-an effective communicator with strong customer service and analytical skills
-the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with colleagues, tenants, and the public
-the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
What you’ll need:
-Certificate or diploma in general office administration, or equivalent, from a recognized post-secondary institution
-At least 1 year of related experience
This is a part-time position for 30 hours/week, offering an excellent benefit plan including pension.
